UK listed company, Thalia Therapeutics plc has acquired US based oncology company, Sanmirna Therapeutics Inc.
The acquisition supports Thalia’s strategic expansion into RNA therapeutics and includes Sanmirna’s clinical-stage Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) therapy.Sanmirna, founded by NLC Health Ventures (a key shareholder of the Company), is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel microRNA-targeted therapies for oncology indications.
