Delsk

International investment company Delsk has sold three of its newly developed nursing homes to Aedifica, a listed company specialising in investments in European healthcare real estate, for approx. €57m.

The newly-constructed nursing homes are based in Duleek, Co Meath, Riverstick, Co Cork and Dundalk, Co Louth, and can accommodate up to 346 residents.

Philip Lee, led by Bernard McEvoy, Inez Cullen and Tom Conway acted for Delsk in the sale of three of their Irish real estate companies, each owning one of the newly developed care homes.
