TINC

Philip Lee is very pleased to have advised TINC on its investment in a PPP project consisting of the design, building, financing and operation of six university buildings in Ireland.

TINC, an infrastructure investor listed on Euronext Brussels, has entered into an agreement with Macquarie Capital according to which the latter will transfer the economic ownership in an Irish education PPP to TINC. The €250 million project is an availability-based PPP with a 25-year contract term consisting of six new university buildings around Ireland. TINC’s investment commitment amounts to up to €42 million over the course of the project.
